In 2023, Jeanine Sladden was promoted to the role of Director of NOUV Academy, in addition to her role as Group HR Manager at NOUV. She is a trainer and executive coach as well as HR consultant. She holds an MBA (LSBF) and TEFL certificate, as well as a Diploma in Employment Law and experience in Project Management. Prior to joining NOUV, she completed a BSc (Hons) Biology and Chemistry and gained around ten years of marketing and sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly as an executive coach and trainer with Bayer Pharmaceuticals in London.
