Benjamin Zerafa joined Tuning Fork over five years ago, taking on the role of Senior Manager of Operational Excellence. When Tuning Fork merged with NOUV in 2023, he was promoted to Director Advisory at NOUV.
As a scientist with 10 years’ experience in various industries moving from lecturing, research and development, and production, to people management and business advisory, Benjamin is now focused on Training Needs Analysis, Business Operational Review, Lean Management, GDPR and Food Safety. He’s an IRCA qualified Auditor in ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Benjamin graduated with a degree in Biology and Chemistry (B.Sc with Hons) before specialising in M.Sc in pathology from the University of Stirling (Scotland).
