Energy Auditing

Our Energy Performance Analysis for companies, equipment, systems, or processes aligns with LN 196 of 2014, Government Notice, and ISO 50002. Through this process, we measure energy use, efficiency, and consumption, and share recommendations for improvement and financial benefits. The audit helps companies identify and prioritise opportunities to improve performance, reduce waste, cut costs, and achieve environmental benefits.

Environmental Legal Compliance Upkeep & Internal Audit (ERA)

Compliance Evaluation services are provided via auditing techniques at a predetermined frequency (quarterly, biannually, annually) to verify Environmental compliance obligations that are expected by all organisations and ISO 14001:2015 in case of certified organisations. We also maintain updated legal Environment registers to ensure determination and access to current requirements.

Occupational Health & Safety Legal Compliance Upkeep & Internal Auditing (OHSA)

Compliance evaluation services are provided via auditing techniques at a predetermined frequency (quarterly, biannually, annually) to verify OHS compliance obligations that are expected by all organisations and ISO 45001:2018 in case of certified organisations. We also maintain updated legal OHS registers to ensure determination and access to current requirements.

We provide compliance evaluation services via auditing techniques at a predetermined frequency (quarterly, biannually, annually) to verify Energy compliance obligations that are expected by all organisations and ISO 50001:2018 in case of certified organisations. We also maintain updated Legal Energy registers to ensure determination and access to current requirements.

Waste Compliance Audits (ERA)

Our audits for self-compliant producers of packaging or packaging material align with S.L.549.93 – Waste management (packaging and packaging waste) regulations as published by Legal Notice 277 of 2006. As an approved auditor, we are able to conduct audits under the Extended Producer Responsibility Regulations. We can also help you establish a legal and effective waste management system in liaison with ERA to report waste performance and ensure legal obligations at all times.

REACH Compliance

We provide services to identify and manage the risks linked to substances companies, and manufacture and liaise with the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) to verify safe use of the chemical without causing harm to the end customer.

Environmental & IPPC Permitting (ERA)

We offer consultancy services to help facilities obtain environmental permits (EP) and Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) for various industrial and waste management activities, including combustion plants, quarries, protected sites, extended producer responsibility, and waste shipment.

OHS Risk Assessment (OHSA)

We provide an assessment of the workplace in order to identify potential risk exposures to human health and safety and the quality of the control measures in place. We also recommend measures to reduce risk in line with the General Provision for Health and Safety at Work Places Regulations (S.L. 424.18)

Gap Analysis & Double Materiality Assessments

We provide ESG Double Materiality Assessment, ESG Gap Analysis, ESG Strategy Development and Implementation, ESG report writing, as well as ongoing support and verification.

ESG Strategy & Data Collection

Based on the outcome of a gap analysis and materiality assessment, we can lay out a strategic plan to address any identified gaps, and also assist with the collection of the required data.

Reporting

As part of the Maltese Government’s ESG Working Group, we support companies in the implementation of ESG strategies in compliance with voluntary standards. Our software enables us to simplify the input of data and preparation of reports.

Technical Support to ESG Auditors

We provide technical support to ESG auditors since the CSRD will require ESG disclosures to be audited.

Greenhouse Gas Emissions & Carbon Footprint Calculations

We assist organisations in submitting an annual inventory of anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions by sources and removals by sinks. We also identify GHG Emission Reduction and Net-Zero Reduction targets.

OHS Specialised Assessments (noise, chemicals etc.)

We provide suitable and systematic assessment of all the occupational health and safety hazards and associated risks at workplaces, including niche studies for specific conditions like noise, heat, chemicals, and cytotoxic materials.

EU Eco-Label

The EU Ecolabel criteria encourage companies to develop products that are durable, easy to repair and recycle. We provide advisory services to producers to follow ECO Label criteria and obtain certification, which will lead to less waste and CO2 generated during manufacturing.

Life Cycle Assessments (LCA)

We calculate the environmental impact of your product from production to disposal. By assessing material usage, waste streams, and energy consumption throughout the value chain, we identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction. LCAs can also be applied to services and processes.
