With 30 years of industry experience, James Sammut brings a wealth of knowledge to NOUV through his roles as Senior Partner Advisory specialising in the Sustainability arm and Performance Optimisation and Transformation (POT) arm, and Chief Sustainability Officer. He is an advocate for true customer focus and embraces the conviction that ongoing retraining helps retain meaningful knowledge. With a proven track record of delivering sustainable growth while developing talent, James relishes change programmes focusing on improving organisational performance through operational excellence and cultural alignment. He is an accomplished partner, director and team player who is able to manage multiple stakeholders within the organisation at all levels by setting clear expectations.
Throughout his career, James has held various senior managerial roles in the manufacturing and services sectors and has clocked over 22,000 advisory and auditing hours since 2008. James is a warranted engineer, graduating from the University of Malta in 1995 and completing his MBA from Henley Business School in 2012.
