NOUV appoints Dr Graziella De Martino Director Advisory – Technology.

NOUV has appointed Dr Graziella De Martino as Director Advisory – Technology, as the firm expands its capabilities in data and AI. 

Joining the firm in May, Dr De Martino leads a core team supporting NOUV’s technology pillar and works alongside the firm’s Senior Partner for Technology.

Her remit includes guiding organisations through complex transformation processes, starting with data mapping, followed by infrastructure and capacity building, and progressing to the integration of intelligent systems powered by AI.

Most companies today operate with digitised data, yet much of it remains fragmented and underused. 

Common challenges such as departmental silos and underutilised ERP systems often prevent organisations from fully leveraging their data. 

NOUV’s Technology Advisory team addresses these gaps by helping clients understand their current state, define their needs, and develop a practical, step-by-step path forward.

At the heart of this offering is a bespoke roadmap tailored to each client’s data maturity, infrastructure, internal capabilities, and organisational culture.

With a PhD in computer science and mathematics and prior experience as an Assistant Professor, Dr De Martino brings both technical rigour and research depth to her role. 

Her academic foundation enables her to bridge emerging technologies with real-world business transformation.

Under her leadership, the team offers AI advisory services that include ISO 42001 certification support, ensuring AI adoption is ethical, secure, and aligned with global standards. 

She advocates a clear principle: organisations should not rush into AI unless they are truly ready.
