This is a role for ambitious professionals with proven experience in a similar position. Ideally candidates shall be in possession of a professional qualification or in the final stages of their studies. The following are the responsibilities and duties for this role and the required skills set.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the performing of analytical and substantive testing
- Gain an understanding of the overall business and accounting policies and procedures considering both the client’s internal and external environment
- Evaluation and testing of the client’s internal controls
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
PERSONAL SKILLS
- In possession of, or in the process of obtaining relevant qualifications
- Minimum 1 year work experience
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to deliver assignments on time
- Good command of written and spoken English
