  • Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of management systems aligned with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
  • Conduct gap analyses, audits, and assessments to identify areas for improvement in client operations.
  • Provide ad hoc business advisory services to clients, addressing operational, quality, and strategic challenges as they arise.
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and client documentation to a high professional standard.
  • Collaborate closely with senior advisors, project managers, and client stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is required.

Personal Skills and Experience:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with confidence in client-facing roles and the ability to produce high-quality reports.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, working well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
  • Well-developed organisational and planning skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with process mapping or data analysis tools is a strong advantage.
