Testing of LPG Piping Systems.
By completing this training, you’ll be well-prepared to ensure gas safety compliance and handle emergency situations effectively. You will also be able to design and test LPG systems and manage bulk LPG storage installations with confidence and expertise.

Assessment: 2 participants will be assessed per day

Assessment Categories
The following assessments will be included:
- CCLP1 - EP – Core Gas Safety External Pipework
- EFJLP1 – Polyethylene Electro Fusion Jointing
- VESLP1 – Service pipework gas storage vessel connections, controls, safety requirements, sizing, installing, testing, and purging external above ground (35mm copper or 1¼ steel) and un-jointed below ground PE pipework ≤ 32mm with pipe volumes ≤ 0.035 m³ for single LPG supplies.
- VESLP2 – Service pipework gas storage vessel connections from vapour valve outlet including controls, safety requirements, sizing, installing, testing, and purging of single and multiple supply jointed above ground and below ground PE pipework within the scope of Liquid Gas UK CoP 22.
PREREQUISITES
Renewal: Delegate names and/or certificate details are to be provided to ERS in advance for confirmation of eligibility. (Delegate certificates must be less than 12 months past expiration).
New Participant Initial Assessment: Delegates are required to provide evidence of relevant site experience working within the industry with supporting evidence.
ERS will assess the experience and qualifications of new entrants to determine the appropriate duration of training before proceeding with the assessment. For instance, individuals with qualifications but limited hands-on experience may require additional training.
