Day 1: Introduction to ISO/IEC 17025 and initiation of a LMS

Day 2: Implementation plan of a LMS

Day 3: Implementation of a LMS
- Design of controls and drafting of specific policies & procedures.

- Training and awareness plan.

Day 4: LMS monitoring, measurement, continuous improvement and preparation for accreditation
- Monitoring, Analysis, and Evaluation.
- Internal Audit.

- Treatment of problems and nonconformities.

- Competence and evaluation of implementers.
- Closing the training.
Day 5: Certification Exam (3 Hours)
The exam fully meets the requirements of the PECB Examination and Certification Programme (ECP). The exam covers the following competency domains:
Domain 1: Fundamental principles and concepts of a Laboratory Management System (LMS).
Domain 2: Laboratory Management System (LMS).
Domain 3: Planning a LMS based on ISO/IEC 17025.
Domain 4: Implementing a management system based on ISO/IEC 17025.
Domain 5: Performance evaluation, monitoring and measurement of a LMS based on ISO/IEC 17025.
Domain 6: Continual improvement of a LMS based on ISO/IEC 17025.
Domain 7: Preparing for an accreditation.

Certification fees are included on the exam price
- Training material containing over 450 pages of information and practical examples will be distributed.
- A participation certificate of 31 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) credits will be issued.
- In case of exam failure, you can retake the exam within 12 months for free.
PREREQUISITES
A comprehensive knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and comprehensive knowledge of implementation principles.
