The goal of this course is to reinforce existing knowledge of due diligence concepts and principles. Graduates are expected to apply their newly acquired knowledge and tools as they carry out their respective responsibilities, thereby supporting the National Government strategy. The course is designed to include real-life case studies and scenarios, as well as to encourage participant participation, in order to ensure that attendees gain practical knowledge.

Learning Outcomes
All students will walk away with a thorough understanding of the requirements of any due diligence process. They will be capable of leading any due diligence assignment, large or small, internal or external, domestic or multinational, and for private or public companies.
The course is divided into 14 modules, which covers the following topics: law and regulations, due diligence processes, tool kits, researching information, data and information assessments and management, and understanding deception.
Participants must work through multiple case studies in groups and present their analysis process and findings to the class for discussion.

Mr. Burke Files is a financial investigator and due diligence expert on a global scale. He brings hands-on investigation and problem-solving experience to his lectures on due diligence, anti-money laundering, and anti-corruption. Burke has written six books as well as numerous white papers and articles, including the award-winning Due Diligence for The Financial Professional 2nd Edition. Mr. Files has also received a Commission and a Medal of Merit from the President of the United States.
