ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Assistant to manage the daily administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functions, support staff, and contribute to an efficient and organised work environment.

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Oversee general office operations and maintain a clean, organised workspace
  • Handle correspondence, including phone calls, emails, office courier, and visitor reception
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry
  • Assist with client billing and follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Monitor and manage petty cash
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, record-keeping, and employee communications
  • Collaborate with other departments to support administrative needs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in office administration or a related field
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
