We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Advisor to join our growing Performance Optimisation and Transformation team within our Advisory Pillar. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving business performance, supporting transformational change, and embedding sustainable management systems within client organisations. As an Associate Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering advisory services that help our clients enhance operational efficiency, comply with quality standards (including ISO 9001), and achieve strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Support and participate in performance optimisation projects, including process improvement, efficiency analysis, and KPI development. 
  • Contribute to, and occasionally lead transformation initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to redesign processes and implement strategic changes. 
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of management systems aligned with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards. 
  • Conduct gap analyses, audits, and assessments to identify areas for improvement in client operations. 
  • Provide ad hoc business advisory services to clients, addressing operational, quality, and strategic challenges as they arise. 
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and client documentation to a high professional standard. 
  • Collaborate closely with senior advisors, project managers, and client stakeholders. 

Requirements: 

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is required. 
  • A master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) will be considered an advantage. 

Personal Skills and Experience: 

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. 
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with confidence in client-facing roles and the ability to produce high-quality reports. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. 
  • Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset. 
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, working well under pressure to meet strict deadlines. 
  • Well-developed organisational and planning skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach to tasks. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with process mapping or data analysis tools is a strong advantage.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Take a lead role in dealing with all aspects of planning, conducting and finalisation of statutory audits together with the Audit Partners; 
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with client personnel and meet client and firm deadlines; 
  • Report and present findings to the business, making recommendations for solutions and improvements to policies/procedures; 
  • Assurance, preparation, and review of financial statements following GAPSME and IFRS; 
  • Other assurance and audit commitments can be passed to your responsibility. 

PERSONAL SKILLS

  • Good working knowledge of GASPME, IFRS, and International Auditing Standards; 
  • Ability to identify, report and handle sensitive issues; 
  • Capable of working within a team, manage multiple engagements and work to demanding deadlines;

We are looking for a trustworthy and reliable Courier to provide support the operations at NOUV. This position forms part of our Finance & Administration Team. 

NOUV shall consider both full time and part time applications. 

Whilst reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate shall: 

  • Assist in the coordination of all day-to-day errands; 
  • Execute all errands, pickups and deliveries to Government offices, Authorities, clients, banks and other stakeholders as the need arises; 
  • Establish and foster contacts with our stakeholders; 
  • Represent the values of NOUV during the carrying out of his / her duties; 
  • Make sure that the courier vehicle is well kept, clean and tidy at all times; 
  • Make sure that the courier vehicle is serviced on a regular basis; 
  • Providing administrative support where & if required. 

 

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES 

  • Ability to cooperate with and support other members of the team; 
  • Clean driving license; 
  • Clean police conduct certificate; 
  • Proficient in both Maltese and English languages; 
  • Have strong communication skills; 
  • Have an organised approach to work; 
  • Ideally, previous experience in a similar role.
