ISO 22000 Introduction is a course that introduces basic food safety concepts. It also has an overview of the ISO 22000 requirements for a food safety management system (FSMS). Participants will be familiar with the requirements outlined in ISO 22000 clauses 4 through 10, as well as explanations of the intent of each clause. Furthermore, the relationship between ISO 22000 and other standards will be highlighted.
